What information do we collect or track?
We collect and store information that is provided to us by customers and users of our websites. This includes any information that is submitted when you register to use any of our websites, send us an email, fill out a “contact us” form or subscription form, call us, place an order, respond to a survey, post a product review, or communicate with us by any other means. Examples of the information we collect include, but are not limited to, names, email addresses, phone and fax numbers, account numbers, login credentials, payment processing information such as credit cards numbers, bank account numbers or other payment information that users provide, and IP addresses. If we perform a credit check before doing business with you, we collect and store that information as well. Also, we track information on what pages users visit on our websites, and information on pages visited by users that link to or from our websites.

Why do you want to know my account number, email address or other information when I request my login credentials?
We use this information to verify your identity when you log in to our sites, or request sensitive account information. Login credentials are only sent to verified email addresses we currently have associated with an account. If you feel that your information has been used improperly, please contact our website administrator by sending an e-mail or letter to the addresses above, or calling the phone number above.

Do you collect information from children?
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. We take steps to protect the privacy of children by requiring all site visitors to apply for login credentials and account privileges before making transactions through our websites.

How do you make sure nobody steals my financial and sensitive personal information?
We implement a variety of security measures to protect the data that collect. We require all employees and data processors who have access to the data we collect to agree to preserve the confidentiality of that data. When we transmit or receive certain types of financial or personal information, we rely on secured or encrypted transmissions which are usually indicated by displaying a security seal or lock icon in your browser. We will not disclose your data to third parties or governmental authorities without your permission unless we are required by law to disclose it. The security measures and encryption technologies we use are commercially reasonable methods to protect the data we collect, but we do not and cannot guarantee that these measures and technologies provide complete protection against hackers or others who seek to steal or misuse data.

How do you protect the privacy of my e-mails to your customer service team?
We require all employees and data processors who have access to the data we collect to agree to preserve the confidentiality of that data and our other security measures also protect that data.

Do you share my information with other parts of your company?
We share the information we collect on our website within our family of businesses, as we deem appropriate for marketing or business development purposes.

Do you sell the information I submit via your website with other companies?
No, we do not sell the information you submit via our websites with outside companies. We do compile data from customer transactions and aggregate it with other data that we use for business development purposes, and that aggregated data might be sold, but when we do this, we take steps to prevent the data from being traced to any individual customer.

Can I see and change the information you have about me?
Upon request we provide customers with access to the contact or account information we maintain about them, so they can update, correct or complete that information.

Will I be contacted when this policy changes?
As our information policies change, we will post the changes to our websites, but we will not otherwise notify you of these changes. New policies will apply to data collected after those policies are posted to our websites.
